I remember seeing one of these in a shop (records, tapes, some music kit) in Durham in about 1980. I think they wanted £200 for this head and the matching 2x12, which iirc had sides that came up to ‘mate’ with the head.

As a student at the time with no transport, I survived a short spell of GAS without too much difficulty.

It looks like it was designed by Ed Straker from UFO, very 70s fonts :-)

Actually, this reminds me...I found my vinyl Phoenix amp/cab cover a few days ago.

Gave it a clean and plugged it in. The pots are a little scratchy and there is a bit of background noise probably caused by being unused for all this time ?

Probably needs some caps replacing.
