Just chilling on the garden listening to the new War on Drugs tune and watching the kids play. I'm not complaining about the weather.

When I get back from the gym later it will still be warm enough to sit outside with a beer and undo my good work at the gym.

Was in Sedona, Arizona yesterday. 38 degrees (101 F), but about 10% humidity. Felt fine. Not looking forward to being back in Blighty on Sunday

I'm helping some guys at my gym train for upcoming competitions...
Did 90 minutes of BJJ sparring yesterday morning. I went from 76kg at the start to 74.8kg at the end, despite drinking 1.5l of water during the session.
We had to stop & mop up pools of sweat of the mats between rounds. 
I spent the rest of the day recovering in my back garden.

I'm meltin'. Or I was - bit cloudy today but still warm, like. Anyway, that was summer. Back to normal.
