    Hacksaw Ridge.

Brilliant film with the added interest of it being true.

I'd agree with @DarnWeight's suggestions, and add:

    Raw
    Green Room
    Nina Forever
    Housebound

..i would agree with all those and add 'Dont breathe'.

@TheMarlin pretty sure most of those films you mentioned are way more than 3 yrs old.
True, but I've been unemployed since November, so only just got around to seeing them.  They're new to me.

Kingsman was good but not *that* good.

If we assume anything from 2014 onwards, I'd go for:
    Grand Budapest Hotel
    The Martian
    The Wind Rises
    Logan
and probably Wonder Woman, though I'm not certain on that as I only saw it 4 days ago.

I really don't get the love for Kingsman - I thought it was average at best, and I'm quite a fan of both Colin Firth and Michael Caine.

Carol by Todd Haynes. Low key film, beautifully composed and shot and excellent performances by Blanchett and Mara. Had a really moving final shot, kinda like an emotional counterpoint to the last shot of Brokeback Mountain.
If you've not seen 'Far From Heaven' it's a great film worth watching from the same director.
Ooh, that looks good, I'll check it out. Todd Haynes is a modern Douglas Sirk.

Neither do I - it was watchable, fun for younger audience, but nowhere near ''movies I will remember''.

I also don't get the fascination for Guardians of The Galaxy - I really tried, I watched it and it's just not my cup of tea. Horses for courses though.

As for some good titles over last couple of years:

    ''Sully''
    ''Midnight Special''
    ''Swiss Army Man''
    ''Lobster''
    ''O.J. - Made in America''
    ''Cartel Land''

Kingsman was brash and over the top, it wasn't highbrow, but each time I've watched it I've been entertained by every second of it; there really aren't many films I can say that about.

    Wis'd

That's exactly why I think about it .

Yes I've seen better looking films , films with better stories , direction , acting but I was really entertained by Kingsman (and likewise by "Kick Ass" a few years ago which is another Matthew Vaughan film).

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is similarly entertaining , neither are award worthy but they are both an enjoyable way to waste a couple of hours .

I like it too.  And I think it's interesting that Matthew Vaughn first came to prominence as a producer of Lock, Stock and Snatch but he's turned out to be a much more talented director and writer than the tediously one-dimensional Guy Ritchie.
