How is the ahem "summer" weather in your part of the uk ?

Over on the East anglian coast we had a very long dry spring, concerns over the water table etc. Last week was lovely warm sunshine which I was able to enjoy outdoors.
Back at work this week and lots of very heavy rain and blustery showers Monday - Tuesday, all the water butts are replenished.
Blustery with bursts of sunshine today. Not looking forward to the nights drawing in after a fortnight!

June: the ICC Champions Trophy, Glastonbury, and the start of Wimbledon qualifying. 

And we're still surprised when it rains.

If only we could have a real proper summer like the one we had in 76, have to nail the jetstream over iceland again

But the wind is pretty fierce - got branches down off our willows and the river is a lot more ripply compared to usual!

Raining in Pembrokeshire, but when it doesn't rain it's fucking gorgeous, like over the weekend
