In real life, a senior at work called Abigail, I regularly  get the urge to punch her in the spleen. 
On here Phil aka pip, only spoke on here a few times, but he is 100% nemesis material.

At my previous employment, Woody, who was supervisor (by default) and later manager (again by default). Horrible, selfish, self-promoting arsehead.
Now, I have no nemesis at work.
Outside of work, I have no nemesis.
As for being forced to up my game, a girl I used to work with (became a very good friend) did change me for the better.
