I'd just like everybody to know how selfless I was with this - those strings are 9-42 and 10-46, neither of which I use.

9-42 is what I have on mine....and we acknowledge your selflessness!

10-46 here... So that's them all accounted for! What's everyone else having? ;)

    You are welcome guys!
'Optimistically sized shirts' haha. I'm an XL myself but don't like to assume, I just picked up a handful I had :)

Should be enough there for the two techs attending to do some restrings and routine maintenance. Anything left over please
keep and distribute amongst yourselves. Hopefully we can be involved in future events, and hopefully I can attend!

What gauge do you use again @digitalscream ? I'm a 9-46 man myself.

Aye, 9-46 here. Sometimes put a 52 on the bottom, but that only tends to be when I'm feeling particularly heavy-handed with the chugging (or if I'm doing some real recording).

Ah I almost threw a few sets in. I have no idea why it is not a more popular gauge.

What a great idea from the Forum...I run a jam night and it's a battle with some turning up saying they will "only play with so and so" and not with people who are only just starting out playing live (despite then playing the same three songs for several years!).  Good luck on the day :-)

Do we have mock-ups of the design?
    Yes thanks.
    ;)

Nothing complex, just based around our logo, but specific to the jam session.

Can I purchase one in "L" please despite not being able to attend, happy to pay postage?

Just to confirm (because I forgot to post it!)

Second room at Quad is booked - The Curve

It is physically next door to the Theatre and so very easy for folks to float between the two. All done, all booked and all paid.

And the receptionist at Quad is lovely!!!!

No, but how else am I going to fill the place with immense feedback?

I could stick a t shirt in it and pretend I'm Malcolm but there's no AC/DC either

    Continuing amp talk in this thread at @Bridgehouse request...@nikko ;@Legionreturns @Alnico ;

My Katana 50 has the up-to-date firmware, and I've tinkered with tone studio a fair bit.

I'm mostly looking at drawing the line between where the tone is out and it needs adjusting and the tone is out because of my lousy playing!

Do you use any pedals with yours?

I only ask as ill probably be bringing my Zoom G3XN on the day. I use it in front of my Katana on the clean channel. It seems to be a pretty good pedal platform as far as I can tell. Id be happy to let you have a play if you wanted.
