If I were single, with no son, I'd jump at the chance to see and walk on another planet, one-way ticket, or not.

I realise I might change my mind once I actually get there, though.

If I had no wife or kids, I'd definitely go to mars on a one way trip if...... and it's a big if, I was going there to colonise it. If I was going there just to die, then the answer would be no.

Nope, probably not on a two way trip either with current technology.

Proper space travel in my lifetime will always be the pursuit of a handful of individuals.  Maybe just maybe when I'm an old man we will have affordable LEO pleasure flights.
