My Trading Feedback | You Bring The Band
Just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after youMe and ladyprettydamned also play with number plates. We like making up animal names, although deities is a good idea too.
Ringleader of the Cambridge cartel, pedal champ and king of the dirt boxes (down to 21)
I play a game where I have to come up with a word that uses the three consecutive letters on a numberplate in that order. Bonus points if you start and end with the first and third letter. Lose a point if you can't make a word before passing the car or losing sight of the numberplate.
Some days I got to travel a few hundred miles with him and we'd play the alphabet game.
A through to whatever it was back in those days (probably M or so), as a suffix.
I guess that game is viable again now?
Oddly it seems 90% of caravan names fall into these categories.
1s are Ls or Is
2s are Rs
3s are Es or Bs
4s are As
5s are Ss
6s are Gs
7s are Ts or Js
8s are Bs
9s are Gs
0s are Os

Turns out they all are.
"That Keppy wanker has deliberately left 2/3 of a car space each side of his car again".
"Box that twat Keppy in".
etc.

I find the most nobbish plates are those where the owner has clearly paid no more than £50 and is stretching all known rules of grammar, syntax and character spacing to come up with something which still looks like an alien language. I'd like the owners of these plates to be nobs as this would make me feel comfortable in my snap judgements. I'm never likely to meet such a person so I think my view of the world will remain as is for the time being.
