Pedal fixings!

@smigeon since I went back to soldered I might have had one patch cable issue in several years.  From memory, I probably averaged 2 a year with solderless - quite often at bad times.  The last thing you want is turn up to play live somewhere and have a non-working pedalboard.

I’ve never had an issue with the George l’s stuff... but... I do like to fix the pedals down so they can’t move... I can see that they could easily fail if the pedals move about.
