If you sell fairly regularly you get them sometimes, particularly if you haven’t sold for a while.

Not routine week in week out but I do use eBay, I've got 300 100% feedbacks, so yes please I'd like some breaks from those people.  

Aside from buying/selling emails I never hear from them.  Maybe I made a marketing choice back in the day, hmm will investigate
