Slim neck guitars

I have  very small hands and short fingers  .I cant even do a blues shuffle properly .Its not the depth but the width that screws me up on some necks so the PRS fat wide neck buggered me up  but a Baja Tele fat but slightly V didnt .
  I spent the 60,s fighting horrible necks on Hofners etc and it was only when i got a Fender much later that my playing bloomed .
I also have another  tip  that will probably get me flamed.Ignore all  the clever chord charts .Just play what bits you can and ignore what you cant .Be yourself .Dont waste time trying to play stuff that a guy with super long fingers plays  exactly .put your own input into it not his .The world full of guys who can only ape certain players and cant change key to suit a singer .

Sassafras

Django Reinhardt managed reasonably well with just the 3 fingers. I don't think he worried too much about where to put his thumb.
