hehe.. yeah I like to use as much of the wood as I can and most of my guitars have a natural finish.. They are made from wood and should (generally) look like wood as far as I am concerned... I have boxes of offcuts cos I hate throwing it way.. Plus it gives me stock of all different shades of woods should I ever need to fill some big holes on a project or something like that.. Its also why I use a wooden back plate and truss rod.. Plus I think it looks good too, so its win win all around
