Not the ones that were on fire.

None , they're only things that are easily replaceable (yes all 18 of them) .

Once I got the Mrs and Dog out , if i had time i might grab the folder with bith certs/marrige certs and passports and my wallet .

no possessions are worth risking yourself for , it's only stuff .

None. They're covered on the insurance and I like shopping.

None. Bits of wood that can be replaced fairly easily. Not worth trying to salvage.....

My Mirrortop, cos I built it myself. The rest are replaceable.

I think if I had a 59 Les Paul stashed under the stairs I might try and grab it on the way out!

They are just 'things', but I'd try to rescue the old 335 I bought with the inheritance from when my Mum passed away.

Probably my Keiper 109 , a Chinese German import .A  full hollow body Les paul sized jazzer and cost me 60 quid  off gumtree .I have other much more expensive "better" guitars that I could replace tomorrow but not sure I could duplicate the Keiper which I use  for  live jazz and blues .Though a cheapy my one is really good and no problems or issues which I know some Keipers have and has a perfect fret board and frets  .Also I havnt actually seen another one.

My wife and son are bright enough to get out without me - my PRS would need a helping hand ;)

The only thing I'd grab in a fire is my wife and daughter to make sure they both get out. Anyway, it's amazing how difficult it is to tell an Epi from a Gibson, a Squier from a Fender and a Feline from a self-built cheapy kit once they've been reduced to ashes, especially if the receipts all burned too...

It would have to be the Stig Burst. And that’s ahead of my other far more valuable original vintage guitars. It’s irreplaceable to me, the first guitar i’ve owned that allows me to just switch off and play.

Strat has most sentimental appeal, but agree with others they are only objects, there’s loads of great guitars out there, I don’t believe for one minute there’s anything “special” about mine despite them being very nice indeed.

My daughter’s two left handed Jazzmasters. Sentimental reasons, and rare as hens’ teeth.
