I'm in the country and picked it up once, i used teatree oil as has a broad spectrum anti fungal properties and it was on Sunday.

Saw the local GP the following day and he didn't disagree. Treatment was cream or powder I can't remember.

Looks like ringworm but if it gets bigger, go to your GP as it might be a tic bite and you'll need a course of antibiotics. Don't shrug it off - Lyme disease can be very serious!
