Some big steps forward, and unfortunately some big steps back

It's strung, rough nut is on and everything lines up and fits as it should


But I have an authetic Murphy labs finishing issue round some edges... a hint of delamination in some spots so it's going to need to be stripped and started again.

It's for my cousin, so no rush on it.  He used to do finishing for me.  He preferred to spray rustins plastic coating and always got good results with it, so he wants to try that rather than the nitro.

We are going to carry on with putting it together for now so we can try a few bits out before it's stripped and repsrayed

Sometimes I hate it.    

Not sure why it delaminated though. I must have got some contamination between coats, but can't think how
