You get a Wizz for being sensible!
They do get plugged into 30 pedals though.

its been 2 tom andersons ( diff config )  for a very long time but i think its time to turn one of those in to a collings soco 15lc or a  i35lc  when the right one appears ....

I am pretty much down to 2, they are the only guitars I regularly play any others are just hanging around as backups

Knaggs Kenai T2 for the humbucker stuff, and Custom Shop 64 Strat.

Between these two I can cover almost anything

    Two Variaxes - only kidding.

A Strat, preferably with a SSH configuration and based on a recent discovery and musings, a Suhr Alt T Pro

Of the guitars I actually own, I think I'd go with a PRS Custom 24 and a Blade RH-4. Both are really versatile and I could cover just about any gig with either one of them.

Still not selling all the others though!  ;)

For my needs, very happy with Strat and PRS DGT.

  • On the one guitar thread I said I'd have my Esquire. If we're now allowed two, I'll add my Tele Deluxe- perfect for all my heavier rock stuff. Satin neck & oiled body- it's joy to play too.

I think a joe Trohman Tele covers nearly all required sounds apart ftom lack of whammy .mainly due to some smart pickup (hot ceramic bridge and alnico warm neck and that middle strat coil )choices and selector switch
but a Strat  or Tele and a Midtown  cover most ground .

A 6 string and a 12 stringer pretty much covers it all.
