Yes to both questions imho. I think there are relatively few Strat lovers who want one with a painted headstock. There is a reason why the vast majority of the CS Strat output is ‘normal’ headstocks.

Indeed, one needs to ask oneself why that guitar is marked down so much in the first place and I'll wager that's it because the rest of the specs are great... so if you do like it, it's a (relative) bargain... but it will hit resale...

Being intrinsically shallow I never look at the specs: just drool at the purdy finish...

1st one has the best spec. I get why you’re being warned off a painted headstock though - harder to resell.

On looks I'd pick number 3 because I can't stand CAR. Imho it's the worst Strat colour. Heresy to some I know but I think it's an abomination. But you gotta play em all if you can then make up your mind.

No 1, matching headstock all the way, it looks fantastic. 

I'd be tempted by that myself if it wasn't for the neck profile.  The Ancho Poblanos are a bonus.

I bought a CS strat with a matching headstock, I think they look really great in real life, more so than in photos.
