Guitar wall hangers

I'm after a couple of guitar wall hangers. I'm tempted by Hercules ones but can anyone recommend any good alternatives. Don't want to spend more than about £12 per hanger

The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

I've got a good few of the Hercules ones I could sell you for cheap, just need to work out what the postage would be but won't be home tonight.

Not sure why people would scrimp on buying a wall hanger. £12 vs £8 on a guitar that I'm assuming is >£500 seems daft.

Just this afternoon I've mounted four of my guitars on my wall using the string swinger type- about £24 per pair seemed super reasonable and they're reviewed super well. A doddle to put up onto my plasterboard wall too.

I bought these ones. Just within your budget actually- the cheaper ones all seem to have some negatives and these look much higher quality.

K&M 16280 for me - I have 6 in my mancave, rock solid and won't damage nitro-finish Gibsons.

    These:

What is the wall made of?  If it's masonry (brick or block) you'll be fine with rawlplugs and woodscrews, but you'll have to take more care if it's plasterboard.

100% agree - I hang 5K or 10K guitars of mine and they won't mark - I've seen other hangers mark the finish - So go with Hercules - end off - Just make sure appropriate fittings etc based on what they are mounted to

Anyone who has the Hercules ones with the wood - any suggestions of what kind of packaging I could send some in?

Reckon a bubble envelope would be okay or better in a box?

I’ve been using the String Swing wooden block ones for 15+ years and never had a problem. They’re supposed to be nitro-friendly but I don’t take any chances and put a cotton sleeve over each of the prongs.  :)

I have some guitars on wall hangers... normally my less exspensive ones.  I am always a bit wary on what a wall hanger can do to a guitar?  If you go by the saying that you should never treat a guitar in any way that you would treat yourself... i.e. would you hang yourself by the neck to a wall?  Anyone ever heard of a guitar/neck being damaged by hanging its dead weight by the neck?
"Oh, I can get us there real quick!"
