    Same, I thought it looked like Dakota Red
    Same, Fiesta Red is usually a bit pinker than that.
    I did expect to be wrong on that one, but it had just enough pink for me to plump for Fiesta.

    Not enough fire engine for Dakota.
    like wise - I went for F Red but a different shade of F Red to others I see

    Blue is a state of mind... It doesn't help that they changed the blues names around over the years

    8/8 but I had to think about the red, black and white ones and in the end decided they were going with the "classic" colours on the whole.  The white looked Vintage White to me but that wasn't listed.

    Too easy;

    So, my trivia question- what was the rarest single pre-CBS official custom colour?

    I feared that might ask you to guess vintage white and olympic white

    The level of oxidation of the colour coat and the top coat, if there is one, can make a big difference too... especially on the blue/green ones because the top coat usually goes yellow. LPB can either look like royal blue or a deep turquoise, or somewhere in between, and Sonic Blue and Daphne Blue can end up almost like Surf Green, as well as being difficult to tell apart.

    Dakota looks purple to me. Fiesta looks orange. I think my eyes are knackered.

    8/8, but you can easily get into the debate - with yourself - about how faded/yellowed a particular shade of blue or even gold may be, or what the lighting conditions were.

    It's a colour called Competition Orange- mainly found on offsets 63-64, less than 10 made. It's like a faded CAR and it was based upon Ford's racing colours.

    Later used quite a lot on Mustangs though, with stripes!
