Wisdom awarded for this.  This is the thing I used to sort out the issue with my picking timing.  It had brought me on leaps and bounds.

Saying that, @Barnezy says that he hasn't an issue with the picking so I can't how he has an issue with his timing.

Sorry, I wasn’t aware picking was the same thing as timing and rhythm.
