    Yes, at least that one came out of Kalamazoo!

    The unfortunate victim of some serious oversanding after it was stripped/clear coated and a lot of original parts (bar perhaps a pot and possibly the P90, knobs are correct) are missing.

    BIG crack in the headstock due to the tuners being too big for the holes. Seller is rather hopeful at that price I’d say...

    Doesn’t the receipt show a 50’s serial number? A 56? No double cuts in 56 as mentioned before. Very strange!!!
    Not strange at all - the receipt doesn’t belong with the guitar. This guitar didn’t exist in 1966, let alone 1956.

    The guitar has no serial number on it so there is no reason to associate the two.
