DGT - A bit stiff?

I've stuck to 11s on my DGT and 10s on my other electrics. Yes the 11s feel a bit stiffer, but they're worth getting used to.

Happy to report that I am finding the DGT much more comfortable after a week.
I think, with the jumbo frets and shorter scale length, I expected that 11s would feel the same as 10s on a tele.

A lot depends on the type of music you are going to play on it and how you need to play
- I don't find a huge difference between 10 and 11 anyway

Stick with 11's and tune down a half step like Dave.......

I was hoping to play David Grissom type of stuff but was also interested to notice that Adam Hawley, jazzer and J-Lo sidekick uses a DGT.

I checked with David and the nut is the only change he makes to the stock DGT.

edit: PRS have changed the nut for 2020.  David's request for some time

I have these on everything, suits me fine, also with a highish action so I can get some skin underneath the strings
Will be trying something heavier on a shorter scale guitar soon though

My PRS Hollowbody is strung with 11s and I really like it. This was primarily for the piezo I can still manage 1.5 step bends without issue, so sticking with it - and likely to try it on my new build. Not sure how similar to DGT it is, mind.
