I have access to a '55 original, one original owner knob tip. Ageing nicely, genuine relic, guaranteed provenance.
Won't fit a '59 LP, unless you know a surgeon & a taxidermist.

You can all take the piss but I once put a modern switch tip on my 59 Burst and it made the guitar sound like crap.
