I can't seem to load this web-site and I'm wondering if Gavin's still in business? Are you there @gavin_axecaster ?

Try flushing your browser's cache, switching your device off & on again (I know, so 21st century!) or maybe try another browser.

Are you using Windows 10?

I was going to suggest trying via a proxy webste but it appears that the isp at my current location is blocking access to every single proxy website in google results, s not sure how helpful that would be.

It's very odd. It doesn't work for me through Explorer too.

Maybe an issue with your ISP ?

I used a VPN and got through, so it looks like my ISP is blocking it for some reason, the bastards!

Checked your IP out on a few blacklisted sites, it's fine.

I got an unsolicited 'out of office message' on the 10th of May which had a link in it (words saying 24th of May).  Part of the message said "Any technical support emails pertaining to potential new orders, will be, unfortunately, deleted. Its nothing personal - its just a case of "resuming normal service" as quickly as possible when i get back. Please, if a technical enquiry can wait until the 24th, email again."

I deleted it as junk/spam (I had bought some stuff from them in November).

Maybe someone is phishing using their contact details and they have been blocked?

Don't known if the owner posts here, but if he does and wants a copy, I can send him the junk email.

I am not technical at all in IT

This appears to be region-specific. I've had queries from a couple of other French customers over the last week and just had another. I need to find out why this is happening and if it is one isp in particular.
