Bloody hell - you have certainly won the mystery pickups lottery. Great score

Thanks gents, I'm really happy with it. I normally go straight for bridge and the gain switch but spent most of last night quiet and clean on the neck and middle. It sounds so sweet, I just can't believe my ears. Whether it's the alnico 2 or not I'm not sure, but it's the warmest, creamiest sound I've ever experienced. I wish I still had my Fender Twin to pair it up with, I reckon it'd be immense.

    The originals are included anyway.
Out of academic interest, what model were the stock humbuckers? (There should be G&B etched into the baseplates and a black and white self-adhesive label with a name and/or number printed on it.)
You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.
