It's more a case of general courtesy - by posting so many separate threads you're pushing other peoples' listings down.

You are also required to post an asking price in the thread.

Seriously though - if you prefer I am more than happy to consolidate into one thread - I can't see how to delete the others though. Also happy to put an asking price for forumites - ball park it's likely to be about 10% off the Gumtree price.
