Sample wars...

So  what sample rates and buffer sizes are we'r all using when recording and mixing? 
I can only get away with:

Mixing
44.1khz
1024

I use the same settings for record and mixing on my PC which are:
44.1kHz
64 spls

It's been a while but I think I have to back off a bit on my laptop, which I use when I'm on holiday. IIRC that's the same sampling rate but either 96 or 128 spls.

I mostly work in Pro Tools HDX so it doesn't matter what I use, latency is 0.8ms at 96k.

If I do native then 48khz at 64 or 128 samples for tracking, 96k at 128samples.

For mixing it is 48khz 512samples, 96khz 1024 samples.
