Partner surprises me with Queen greatest hit 1 and 2 on vinyl. Big queen fan thirty years ago, but moved onto pixies, nirvana, etc at the time. So it was good to listen to them after a lengthy gap. Thought the kids would like them as well.  Imagine my surprise, while singing along to Flash, my 12 year old sings ‘Flash... cleans the impossible’.
i thought I might email Brian and inform him of the damage his commercial TV endorsements are having on our youth.
still I was surprised how good his guitar tone was throughout 80s period

Queen is now its own tribute act with guest star vocalists and hired sidekick bass and keyboard players. There will be no new material worthy of the band name. May has to earn money somehow.

Im pretty sure Brian May has more than enough money to retire the guy obviously love s to perform and play guitar. Cant blame him for that

Queen is definitely a band to be heard on vinyl to appreciate.  The CD versions sound like AM radio in comparison.

I had the pleasure to meet him a few years ago.  We were at an event being held at the Louvre in Paris to launch the new range of Lotus cars and he was on the next table at dinner.  I went over to introduce myself and he was very charming.  He went up massively in my estimation.
