I'm a musician, not a gamer.
I may upgrade to a beefier graphics card once there is an option between the 580X and the Vega II.

I don't need the power, heat or expense of the Vega II- the Radeon Pro W5700X makes the most sense for me but it isn't out yet.
I only use one 4K display though so the 580X might be sufficient.
What I mostly want from this machine is massive headroom, so I can work natively at 32samples for the non-HDX workflows.

The 580 will be more then fine for what you need it to do. A single Vega is toasty so having four of them packed together must be like the space shuttle re-entering that atmosphere
