Rock songs with awesome solos in a major key

There's also (slightly off topic) a version of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata which some guy has done with an ascending tapping sequence (major/minor) at the start...sounds great and once it's under your fingers you can use it in LOADS of stuff!

or any rolled/ swept arpeggio sequence for that matter

By ear, most of the vids I do are a combination of ear and watching someone else do it or just ear.
