Yup - after we last spoke about it I’ve decided it’s my ‘house guitar’. I’ve never had a guitar worth so much that wasn’t vintage and already dinged. I’m scared to take this anywhere but it doesn’t half sound good.

Someone used a chisel to hack off the finish and then (I think) varnish it, so now my mission is to tidy it up and then apply a finish back!

No guitars for sale but I’ve got my 2x12 zilla cab that I’d like to free the cash up in it but that won’t sell now if it’s going to be picked up although I’d send it now of course after I’ve done my best to sterilise it somehow. Then I’ll probably sell my Dd500 and MD500 as I’m wanting to go down the smaller 200s route.

I have a 79 Strat. Luckily before the virus hit I had the good sense to take it apart and send the body off to be refinished so now I have half a 79 Strat.

I always thought that my '66 Fender Electric XII would be my emergency quick cash generator, good for a couple of grand, but I suspect that the recent half-baked Fender 're-issue' may have pissed on those chips

Full set 16600s are going for 7k plus these days. I bought mine for 4k nearly 6 years ago now - wish I could get another!

Wow that’s a lot of cash there but I must admit if I had the dough that’s the one I’d get - I think they look great
