    Only a small one, parted with more gear than cash, still a painful transaction as a couple of killer LPs went into it......but got a bloomin 58 Standard out of it :)

    Late to the game, how I'd love to play a bit on such a guitar! Never played an actual '50s Gibson (or Fender, for that matter). Would be nice to do some comparisons.

    P.S. does the fretboard look a bit dry, or is it me?

    Yes the board is incredibly dry, I have yet to find time for a little maintenance since I have had it unfortunately, its on the list for this week, a very long list!
