    From Fender's site

6230: The smallest fret wire found on older Fender necks (.078″ x .043″).
6150: Vintage jumbo. Much wider but not as tall as 6230 (.102″ x .042″).
6105: Modern narrow and tall; currently very popular (.090″ x .055″).
6100: Jumbo. The largest fret wire available (.110″ x .055″).
    6130: Medium jumbo (.106″ x .036″).

Maybe not available from Fender, but Dunlop 6000 is even bigger (.118″ x .058″).  I think @FelineGuitars tends to favour that size!

    Thanks, @soma1975 .

From that, 6150 looks good at .042 tall, however Warmoth says it's .047 tall, which would be too tall. Who to believe?!
    Dunlop's own site specifies 6150 as .100″ x .044":

But as you say, specs do seem to vary a bit according to different sources (and, I dare say, in real life).  Incidentally, I noticed that the measurements Warmoth give for 6100 are what Dunlop give for 6000!

As well as Dunlop, Jescar is good wire and comes in a range of different sizes.

These guys have a very good selection:

+1 for Tonetech excellent service, I just bought some SS 6100 and then last week some wooden binding and inlay dots, got it really fast even with the current situation.

I really like jescar medium jumbo, it's around 2.3mm wide and 1.2mm tall when new
    What's that in Imperial?
I actually use 2 sizes depending on what's required jescar numbers 55090 and 47095
