One of these bits and a template is all you need

So are you familiar with your significant other stating that you don't know what you've got?
Guess what I found in my box marked misc. tools?.... a 9.5mm cutter I used for the last plate I made.
Unfortunately both my template and a badly shaped plate I recently bought have a tighter 1/4" radius (handily measured with a drill bit shaft... quite why I didn't think of that before..) for the humbucker corners but I managed to find one on Trend's website.

This all started by buying a plate from a supplier I use quite a lot and it frankly being a bit sh*t, so thought I'd have another go at making one of my own. I've got a template and the corner radius on that and on the purchased plate are around 1/4 inch / 6.3 cm.
