Ready made drum parts: MT Power Drums or the Internet; occasionally Alesis SR18. I often need to tweak these in Reaper's MIDI editor.

Creating drum parts: Korg X50 MIDI keyboard or (very recently acquired) Cubeat drum pads. MIDI editor to correct the deficiencies in my playing.

Sounds: MT Power Drums or Alesis SR18. Also recently downloaded Kontakt so might use some of those sounds. Conceivably X50 too.
