Boosey and Hawkes

My long time favourite pub session dreadnought is my ancient spruce topped mahogany back and sides MIJ Hawk
Nothing to do with Framus hawks it is just a pleasant guitar to play!
 {My first playable was a framus archtop in the 1950s}
Google gives me one hit on a Hawk like mine and a load of ignorant people who simply condemn this ancient friend as cheap factory made rubbish
Whereas anyone who has ever played the thing says "Plays well" or "That's a goodun" 
So being a newby on here may I ask has anyone seen or played a Boosey &Hawkes The Hawk from the 1960s and does anyone know which Japanese factory manufactured this "Junk" under contract to Boosey and Hawkes ????

Unfortunately that is about the Framus made archtops rebranded as Zenith or Boosey and Hawkes
I swapped mine for a Jim Burns tri sonic bass
My acoustic is a nice dreadnought like a million others but The Hawk has no connection to Framus!
