Right this second I'm listening to Eleine's latest album Dancing In Hell. Metal from Sweden.

Not a million miles from the stuff I was listening to today - perhaps a bit more symphonic!

    An eclectic playlist:

Time After Time - Cyndi Lauper
Someone You Loved - Lewis Capaldi
How Long Will This Last - Blossoms
All The Small Things - Blink 182
    Basket Case - Green Day
Heart of Gold - Neil Young
    Alison - Elvis Costello
    The Weight - The Band

All songs I'm leading at my ukulele group on Tuesday - I'm not overly familiar with most of them and so I'm doing a bit of homework. The idea is that if I know how the song goes, I only need to work out how to fit the chords in as I wing it...

I have no idea what was going on there, but the rock guys were the good guys?  I'm all in favour of that.

I’m not sure either. I did watch the Scooby Doo film that had Kiss in it so Shaggy and Scooby are very much rock guys.

Palm Reader - Sleepless. A bit like an angrier shoutier Bloc Party. The opener is quite excellent.

The new album by Darkher - The Buried Storm. It's dark, depressing, haunting, beautiful.

David Gilmour - On An Island.

Spun once every fifteen years whether I need it or not.

There are good moments but it easy to see why Roger Waters scoffs at most of the Gilmour/Samson oeuvre.

    Chris Stapleton - Starting Over

Missed this when it came out in the middle of the Plague Year but found it while browsing HMV the other day. Not disappointed!

... never thought I'd ever say this but my own loop ...  Bm - E7 - Fsh7 ... through my Mooer.
Must be the combo of fine tweaks'n settings but just for a wee while tonight, I felt and sounded like I was in Mississippi!

    I love music me!  :3

I meant to say that I had the top 3 albums playlist on Spotify yesterday that @duotone put together. When it got to my choices it was like having a dedication read out on the radio! Also turns out that I have great taste as well.
There was some skipping (just too much prog rock for me I’m afraid) but it mostly got played.
