All this time I've been seeing the thread title and thinking "WTF is a decaffeinated coffee cafetiere ? - Surely they're the same as the ones you use for normal coffee ?"
They are Emp, as the shape is symetrical  just turn it around the other way .

I think the bigger concern is death through hypertension.

    Why?
Why remove the only good thing about coffee?
IBS, lack of sleep, increased anxiety.
Pretty much sums up my dilemma. But by god do I miss a good cup of coffee.

Hypertension. This getting old lark is all bollocks.

Bought Taylors and Lavazza decaf today, we'll see what they're like. Definitely not paying £8 for half a pound of coffee.  My favourite used to be the Aldi own brand but they stopped doing it.

I don't drink decaf , but I strongly recommend coffee direct coffee .
I have been subscribing to their coffee for nearly 2 years and it's just superb and freshly roasted on the day of dispatch.

Have a look at their decaf choice and reviews .

I was given some Union decaf a few days ago. It's not the cheapest but it's really, really good. I've not tasted anything decaffeinated that tastes anywhere near as good.

They do several types of decaf, this one is just plain "Decaf". There's an element of cork-sniffery about their descriptions but it's probably the best coffee I've had since I turned to unleaded several years ago.

I've been drinking this recently, as cafetiere and as South Indian filter. Makes a good espresso but I like to leave my grinder set for my regular coffee for espresso.
