According to Boss 'the EURUS GS-1 infuses a premium instrument with advanced guitar synthesis techniques' .. interesting idea.

The price is fairly steep - but fair dues I suppose.

Also interesting to see they’ve revived the name ‘electronic guitar’... last used on those cheap 70s Strat and Les Paul copies with built-in fuzz, boost and phaser I think. Destined for the same place in history too.

I looked at it and I'm a sucker for guitar synthesis, having one of the first GR300/505 setups but this looks so half arsed, you'd be better getting a Casio MG510 or PG380. getting it overhauled and drive into a Laptop

    It's not what I'd call a 'looker'.

£1900 for a Boss guitar?? This thing will depreciate faster than an iphone. Also...why not just buy a high end Fender or Music Man (which it looks a lot like) and pair it with their new SY200 pedal if thats what you're after? This thing makes no sense

Even £800 would be too pricey for this kind of guitar IMO, but £1900?!? From a company with virtually no history of actual guitar building. And yes. WTF where they thinking with the logo...the irony is the proper Boss logo is on the back of the headstock!
