FS: Yamaha FG312 12 string - price drop to £180

Another guitar I’m shifting on for my Dad. 

This is a ‘vintage’ (70’s/80’s?) Yamaha 12 string.  Lovely full sound… decent nick for something that’s probably forty plus years old, but there is the odd small mark. 

No belly bulge or bridge lift. 

Current string are very old, so I’ll include a new set of D’Addario’s and there’s a soft case, too.

£200 collected from Chandlers Ford (halfway between Winchester and Southampton on the M3).

I've got a similar-era, similar-model Yam acoustic, albeit a 6-stringer.

It's a great instrument that's been with me through Uni days, been ignored for years at the back of a cupboard, and - more recently - has been a little more appreciated and played.

If you were closer, etc.  Just wouldn't fancy shipping it in a soft bag.  Would be a real shame if it got courier-ed.

Hey @RobDavies, I finally got round to taking this to my tech for a setup. I picked it up last night, with a new set of strings on it, and it sounds magnificent!

Thanks for letting me know.  It is a beautifully resonant instrument and I’m glad it’s getting some use.
