The Zoom stuff is excellent for audio. H1 on a budget, but H4n and H5 let you use a stereo pair of microphones (decent quality) and two XLR inputs. So room sound plus stereo feed from the desk or whatever. Same as what the Q8n camera @FarleyUK suggested allows.

I've got a Zoom Q2n camera. Again, the mics are decent, but unless the lighting is decent, the video isn't great. Basically a standard action cam thing with better sound.
