I think I liked season 3 better than 2, but it's all a bit of a blur to be honest.  Don't ask me for a plot synopsis.

It was indeed.  Season 2's main guest villain was Stormfront.

Soldierboy was (and likely will be again) a great villain/hero.  One of the best performances in the show.

That show fuck me its been over a decade since I finished it and I still can't put my disappointment in to words.

They are following the source material reasonably well. 
It's been a while since I read them, but nothing is really jarringly different.

There's a thing that might be coming that just didn't work in the comics though.

Cool. We just finished season 3 and started gen V. 

End of season 3 was good, but it felt a bit more rushed than previous seasons. Still really good telly. I love the mockney accent, and Anthony Starr is absolutely incredible in the role of homelander. He makes the show worthwhile by himself, but it's strong all round really. 

A good antidote to the MCU, which I got sick of by Avengers 3.

ass I see,  I know nothing of the books (goes for all the DC / Marvel stuff Im assuming its part of that ?) as in Ive never read any  - but 1 and 2 seemed to have a defined plot and end-game,  3 just seemed........... chaotic as Marlin said , struggling to find a plot

The thing that got me in season 3 was that Starlight was supposed to be powerful, and in the end she just...... kind of dazzled the bad guy(s) with no real impact?

I'm loving the comments on some SM.

Certain elements complaining that Homelander is "turning into" a bad guy, and that "recently" the show has become political.
