Not a new amp day But a poor experience from Thomann

    Today marks the 50th day since my original order was placed and the 23rd day since my order was collected.

    Thomann do do have the Amp...they are not sure where it is...

    They have raised a case with their shipping partner in the UK which they said can take 7-14 business days to respond..

    I dont have my refund...

    Poor you! So it seems like Thomann really isn't in control of their UK agent or just doesn't care, as all their poor performance does is slow down the speed with which Thomann has to refund money for a returned product. The dialogue you're having is very familiar... :-(

    Yeah it's annoying to have to wait but you'll get your cash. I had similar a experience with Thomann B stock, and vowed off it, and subsequently broke my vow and had a good experience, it's part of the risk you take I guess

    I wouldn’t buy another B stock or a used valve/tube amp from the EU because of the problems that can arise.
    Probably never buy a new one also now.
    I have bought a couple from UK dealers but ones that offer a good few months warranty on the valves .
