Standard insurance cost is 2% of the value of the guitar, with the discount code it's 1.2%.

Stuart is a great person to deal with it, I have a successful claim and Stuart did everything to back me up during the claim process, I will keep using Overland Express every time I can, the service is great.

Seeing this thread getting bumped reminded me ...

I used Overland Express on Saturday to arrange a shipping, due for collection on Tues.  As noted on the site, sometimes the auto-process doesn't process automatically, so I dropped them a note on Saturday, not expecting a reply until they re-opened on Monday morning.

Stuart replied a few hours later on Saturday afternoon and fixed the problem.

That's a positive first impression!
