Line 6 Helix Repair

What's Hot
Morning all!

The power switch on my helix started playing up when I was on tour recently, and so I've just spoken to the guys at E & M electronics down in Milton Keynes about a repair.

They've advised for the power switch to get to the UK from Germany (where stock is held) it will be 8-10 weeks?!

Does anyone know of anyone else that could possibly save my bacon?

Cheers

Paul

Best suggestion is probably just to contact Line 6 themselves and ask for the part directly - their support guys are absolutely ace.

Short the switch across so it's always on, then order the switch. In the meantime  use a switched extension to power it on and off

Actually looking at a pic I think these are standard snap in switches. So you might find CPC or RS has a suitable one. Just needs to be rated at 240V and the right panel cutout size

E&M are the official people so I'm not sure anyone else could help quicker - at least not officially.

I’m so bored I might as well be listening to Pink Floyd

Yes, if the cutout size is the same then that will do the job.
