Wanted - Ipad

Does anyone have an old ipad sitting around unused? Looking for something very basic that doesn’t have any odd glitches that will confuse an old person. Ta all.

You will be better off buying a new one IMO.
Ive got older ones and they are pretty useless now even though they are still in mint condition to look at.

Be aware that IOS 18 is probably going to drop support for anything A12 and lower so a load of older devices will stop getting updates.

I'd get a refurb from the apple website.

Doesn't look like they have any base models at the moment, but the stock refreshes quite quickly.

As well as the iOS updates/support issue (which is relevant from a security perspective), I'd worry that battery life on an old one won't be good, and it's not really economically viable to replace the battery compared to the cost of a refurb.
