Just watching a bit of the Anderson's video. £1200 or £300 for the little one. Just much, much more stuff than I'd use in a lifetime in Looper X (no demo of the small one up yet) but seems very impressive.

I like it, looks easy to use and i like the different modes. But at that price for the smaller model I'll stick with the Boss RC500.

IMO when it comes to Loopers Simple easy to use is always best.

I’ll stick with my Boss Rhythm RC-10R Loop Station.
It does everything I need for home and studio use.

Looks cool and fair play to him. If anyone doesn't need the money, it's Ed Sheeran. You'd expect this was something he WANTED to do rather than had to. £300 seems reasonable if it works live. That is the key - looper pedals can have all the features you like but if it doesn't work live it's pretty much pointless

Ed, based on the Anderson's video, is using the £1200 version live.

I’ll go out of my way not to listen to Ed, or U2 but anyone who can entertain a stadium of people with just an acoustic and a looper is a bloody rare talent. He also seems like a very humble and likeable bloke that worked hard to get where he is. 

I’d definitely take his endorsement of a looper seriously.

Just a thought, but a £99 Ditto type in the range would be a good option for his younger fans. It might not be anything new tech-wise, but a good entry point for the kids.

Does feel like thats inevitable, given they named the small one Looper+. Next release Looper, less features, less cost...

Dislike football and Coldplay. U2 have had some great songs / albums but I don’t actively listen to them. 

Sheeran reminds me of an acoustic fella in the pub that all the middle aged mums like to listen to. Drab. 

The guy has talent, obviously, but it’s sugary sweet cringe pop.

Look great. Currently use the RC505mk2 but will watch this very closely… wondering if it auto detects the tempo of the first loop like the Boss does, that is a key feature for me
