I'm really sorry to hear about your ouchy off. Hope you recover rapidly & completely.
Hands outstretched & hoping that you will cope in a fall, is a classic scaphoid fracture recipe.

If great taste makes injuries heal any quicker, you’ll be playing it in no time at all. And at least you get to look at it while you wait. And then play it in very good health for a long long time
