This thread would probably be better with a picture.

It’s small and has a long tail. It’s eating from my fat balls.

Is it's tail wagging? - Wagtail.  If not and it's wings are flapping, probably a flapwing.

Do wagtails eat from garden hangers ? I’ve mostly seen them on the ground , could it be a long tail tit? But they’re usually in mini flocks

Not a LTT. Maybe a wagtail - it was light green. But incredibly small. Its body was like as small as a wren’s. But the tail was as long as a LTT’s.

Hmm tricky ,a gold crest can have a greenish tinge to it but the tail is not particularly long
I’m having a job to think of other small wren size birds

Ah. But this belies its greenness. And you can’t see to the end of the tail.

No way ,I wonder if it’s migrated as it’s too hot there or got caught up in some jet stream and dumped here . Wonder it it would be an idea to alert enthusiasts although you’d prob get loads of people descend on you

I’m sure it’s very rare as I’ve done a search on google with its name in “ “ & U.K. & nothing came up only people spotting it in Cameroon , at least you’ve seen it though & said it looked exactly like it so it must have been. You’ve been blessed  . Just tits ,robins sparrows, starlings etc here.
saw a kingfisher two year ago at my aunties though

We get loads of long-tailed tits at this time of year. They turn up in a small pink swarm and then vanish again.
