Um - Well, that depends on how much you enjoy being in the band as is. If it's pissing you off then address the situation, if nothing changes then leave and tell them why. Just don't do a runner without telling anyone!

It's all down to money I think. All the time someones having a good earn out of it they won't give you any trouble ...... no one likes losing money. If it's a well paid band then people are generally trying to get in not out. Trouble is earning money from just originals is tricky so it's always best to have a band that can earn by playing covers as well as write and record their own material.
